Is there a particular book cover color that attracts you more than others. I never thought about this before but I was looking through all of my books and I have a lot that have black covers. Is that because black is just a popular book cover color or because I like the color black (which I do)? With that being said, this week’s challenge is to post a picture on our Facebook page of a book with a blue cover. I don’t really have a color preference for book covers. I do prefer abstract covers over those with people on them. I don’t like to have a visual representation of the characters to draw from, I prefer to use my imagination.
I seem to gravitate towardspops of red or blue

I always love combinations of black/white/red. It always shout it the most to me.
I tend to like rich colors, though I like dreamy, soft colors, as well.

As far as buying them and reading them, no, I don’t have a preference. But I do like the way red books look on a certain bookshelf in my living room.
