Lisa’s Review: I enjoyed reading this book a lot. The story grabbed my attention within the first chapter and kept it up until the last page. It left me wanting more and I can’t wait to read the next book. I loved Allison’s character, her determination and loyalty to her family is admirable.
Sarah’s Review: A quick read that was easy to follow, this is my kind of book. I liked the fact that “Al” and her friends were not teenagers but those that were trying to figure out their lives. This book left me wanting more and I actually want to read the 2nd book to see what the heck is going on and who Samantha is.

About The Author:
Laura
Howard lives in New Hampshire with her husband and four children. Her obsession with books began at the age of 6
when she got her first library card. Nancy Drew, Sweet Valley High and other
girly novels were routinely devoured in single sittings. Books took a backseat
to diapers when she had her first child. It wasn’t until the release of a
little novel called Twilight, 8 years later, that she rediscovered her love of
fiction. Soon after, her own characters began to make themselves known. The
Forgotten Ones is her first published novel.
